About

What is Royal Arena?

Royal Arena is a free, web-based Fortnite replay analyzer built for competitive players who want to understand their gameplay at a deeper level. Whether you're grinding Arena, preparing for FNCS, or reviewing scrims with your trio — Royal Arena turns your raw .replay files into actionable insights.

Unlike basic stat trackers, Royal Arena parses the actual replay data generated by Fortnite. Every kill position, weapon, storm progression, and movement path — extracted directly, nothing estimated.

Interactive Map Analysis

View kills, deaths, landings, and rotations plotted directly on the current Fortnite map. Toggle storm zones, named locations, and movement paths.

Detailed Statistics

Comprehensive stats from every match: eliminations, damage dealt, weapons used, headshot percentages, and placement data.

Tournament Tracking

Stay on top of competitive events. Check how many tournaments you've played in the last 180 days and your FNCS eligibility.

Process

How Royal Arena Works

01

Upload Your Replay

Select any .replay file from your Fortnite replays folder. Processed securely, never shared. Find replay files in your Fortnite local app data — we provide a step-by-step guide.

02

Automatic Parsing

Our parser extracts every meaningful event: eliminations with exact coordinates, weapon data, storm progressions, landing positions, and movement paths.

03

Map Visualization

Your data is displayed on a fully interactive Fortnite map with custom markers. Toggle layers, zoom in, and follow the timeline as events unfolded.

04

Analyze & Improve

Review stats, identify weak rotations, evaluate drops, compare weapons. Save games to your dashboard to build history and track your progress.

Why analyze Fortnite replays?

Professional Fortnite players and coaches consistently review replays to identify mistakes and optimize strategy. Replay analysis reveals patterns invisible during live gameplay: suboptimal rotation timing, predictable drop habits, engagement distances that don't match your loadout, and storm positioning errors. By reviewing your games with Royal Arena, you develop the same analytical mindset used by top-tier competitive players.
