1. Access & Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Royal Arena.
• You agree not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to exploit the platform.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in abusive, illegal, or fraudulent activity.

2. User Accounts

• Accounts are created via Discord OAuth. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
• You may optionally link your Epic Games account to unlock tournament tracking and competitive features. This is not required to purchase or use coaching tokens.
• One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions is prohibited.

3. Uploaded Content

• You are solely responsible for the replay files and notes you submit.
• Uploaded content must not contain illegal, offensive, or rights-infringing material.
• Replay files are stored temporarily on Cloudflare R2 for analysis purposes and deleted after processing is complete.
• By submitting a replay file, you grant Royal Arena a limited, non-exclusive licence to process and analyse it for the purpose of delivering your coaching session.

4. Tokens — Purchase & Validity

• Tokens are digital credits purchased to access paid services on Royal Arena (primarily replay coaching sessions).
• Tokens are credited to your account immediately upon payment confirmation by Stripe.
• Tokens never expire. You may use them at any time, indefinitely.
• New accounts receive 30 free tokens upon registration.
• Token prices are displayed in euros (€) inclusive of all applicable taxes.
• Payment is processed by Stripe. A receipt is sent automatically to the email address associated with your account. Royal Arena does not store your payment card data.

5. No Right of Withdrawal — Digital Goods

In accordance with Article L221-28 3° of the French Code de la consommation (implementing EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16(m)), the 14-day right of withdrawal does not applyto digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, where performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal is lost.

By completing a token purchase, you expressly acknowledge and consent to the immediate delivery of the digital credits, and thereby waive your right of withdrawal. Token purchases are non-refundable.

6. Coaching Service — Delivery Times

• Each replay coaching session costs 25 tokens. The session consists of a recorded video commentary delivered to your dashboard.
• Delivery times are indicative estimates, not contractual commitments. Standard queue: approximately 72 hours. Priority queue: approximately 24 hours, under normal operating conditions.
• Actual delivery may be delayed in cases of exceptional order volume, illness, vacation, technical issues, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure). We will communicate anticipated delays where possible.
• If delivery has not occurred within 7 days of order placement and no force majeure event applies, you may request a full token refund for that specific order by contacting [email protected].
• Once the coaching video has been delivered to your dashboard, the order is considered fulfilled. No refund is available after delivery.

7. Force Majeure

Royal Arena shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to: illness or medical emergency of the analyst, technical failures of third-party infrastructure (Cloudflare, Hostinger, Stripe), power outages, natural disasters, or any other event qualifying as force majeure under French law. In such cases, delivery will resume as soon as reasonably possible.

8. Intellectual Property

• All site content (design, code, logo, coaching videos) is the property of Yael Brinkert / Royal Arena, unless otherwise stated.
• Fortnite-related visuals are the property of Epic Games. Royal Arena is not affiliated with, sponsored, or endorsed by Epic Games.
• You may not copy, reproduce, or commercially exploit any part of this service without prior written permission.
• You may not scrape, reverse-engineer, or exploit vulnerabilities in this platform for unauthorised or harmful purposes.

9. Service Availability

• We aim to maintain service availability but may interrupt it for maintenance, updates, or security purposes.
• We are not liable for temporary interruptions to the platform itself (the replay analyzer, stats tracker, etc.).
• The coaching service may be temporarily suspended during periods of high demand or unavailability of the analyst. Any such suspension will be communicated on the site or by email where possible.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Royal Arena is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim related to a token purchase is limited to the value of the tokens concerned. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties shall first attempt to resolve it amicably. If no resolution is reached, the competent courts of France shall have jurisdiction. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

12. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via the site. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
