Every entry is extracted from Fortnite's own asset files after each patch, then adjusted with the live hotfix values Epic pushes between patches — damage per shot, headshot multiplier, fire rate, magazine size, reload time and the DPS that follows from them, for every rarity tier. The catalog covers Battle Royale, Zero Build and Reload loot pools; the patch selector lets you compare a weapon with its previous versions to see exactly what a balance change did. Numbers are the game's, not estimates from play testing.
